We take beginners and ease them into a programme without any intimidation. At Larry's Gym we teach proper technique and full-range of motion. The focus is on what clients are looking to ultimately achieve, whilst being aware of what they're not comfortable doing. With all of our beginners, we help create confidence in and out of the gym. It's a great feeling to know that our clients, when training on their own, implement everything they've learned from our programs.

Personal Training

Larry's Gym Lifestyle Plan is the sensible, healthy approach to weight loss. Setting and reaching your weight loss goals in a safe and sure way is essential. The programme begins with an evaluation to determine baseline physical condition and to establish individual goals. Realistic goals and your individual action and nutrition plan are determined. We review the client's food diary and goals to help the client stay focused and accountable.
